RAPIFORM offers a wide range of sizes, heights and accessories to choose from. The basic tower is available in 1.1 M or 0.75 M and the length of tower is available in 1.8 M or 3.0 M. Any number of towers can be built side by side to accommodate the smallest to the largest site application. There are preformed telescopic fittings attached to the sections which are designed to fit into each other to form a tower as high as 80 M. (above 16 M height is available only for the building construction or where a wall or facade is available for securing the tower).
Rapiform rolling tower is another version with steel or rubber casters to provide mobile service upto a height of 10 meters. There are numerous of accessories available to select from like guard railing, out riggers, lifting system etc.
CONSTRUCTION
The basic system comprises of front frame, side frame and unions, joining these three components together form a tower as high as permissible depending upon the site conditions. Each member is formed out of M.S. or G.I. pipe mostly of 1-1/2" diameter and of 12 SWG wall thickness.
These members are formed and welded on pre-designed jigs so that each member coincides with each other with ease.
